Building Kids is seeking three caring and dependable Early Childhood Teachers to join our 2–3 year old classrooms. We are looking for educators who believe the toddler years are meaningful, foundational, and full of opportunity for growth.
Our center combines nurturing relationships with clear structure. We believe children thrive when teachers provide warmth, consistency, and confident leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment
- Implement daily lesson plans and center curriculum
- Guide toddlers using positive behavior strategies
- Support social-emotional and developmental milestones
- Maintain professional communication with families
- Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and leadership
Qualifications:
- Experience with toddlers preferred
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- CDA, TCC, or related coursework preferred
